Your first port of call should be your local “Site Administrator.” They manage things like accounts, locations, treks, and so on.
If you are a site administrator, please call us on 01293 887622 or email us as siteadminsupport@werarewe.com. We will need to verify your identity / authorisation before we can discuss your schools’ account.
